ABOUT PAPER PAPER
Paper Paper is an independent art book fair in its first year, organized by artists and held in an independent art space in Ann Arbor, Michigan. The fair brings together contemporary artists, small presses, and independent publishers working in printed and bound formats.
Paper Paper was created to offer a springtime opportunity for artists, small indie presses, and collaborative ventures to share work, connect with new audiences, and support their creative practices during a quieter moment in the art book fair calendar.
This fair is oriented toward conceptual art, small run projects, design, and experimental printed and bound formats. It’s a place for artists and small press ventures to trade, share, and sell their work, and to expand meaningful networks within the creative underground.
We will also feature a Zine Swap, and welcome anyone to come peruse, contribute, leave and take a zine during the fair.
